Victoria Beckham defended her “disciplined” diet after husband David said she only eats fish and vegetables.
“Let’s make it sound boring when you talk about me!” the singer said in a new interview with Vogue Australia.
According to the former Spice Girls member, she is “pretty extreme” in everything she does.

According to Beckham, she “eats a lot of healthy fat: fish, avocado, nuts, that sort of thing”, and also drinks alcohol regularly unless she has a “reason not to”.
“I’m pretty extreme in everything I do whether it’s eating or exercising or drinking or not drinking,” the fashion designer revealed.

“Food and wine makes me quite emotional. When I eat something great, I want everyone to try it,” the 46-year-old former athlete told Chef Ruthie Rogers.
He continued: “Unfortunately, I am married to someone who has been eating the same thing for 25 years. Since I met Victoria, she only eats grilled fish, steamed vegetables. She rarely deviates from that.”
According to David, his wife has deviated from her favorite meal only once that he can remember.
“The only time she’s probably shared anything that’s been on my plate was actually when she was pregnant with Harper, and it was the most amazing thing,” he recalled. ‘It was one of my favorite evenings. I can’t remember what it was, but I know she hasn’t eaten it since.’
The couple first met in 1997, when David played for Manchester United and Victoria was a member of the Spice Girls. She married in 1999, and have four children together: Brooklyn, 23; Romeo, 19; Cruz, 17; and Harper, 10.
